RDI has successfully completed one of the largest Operation Command Centres in Qatar with the latest cutting-edge technologies available in the industry at par with customer expectatons and excellence.
The building consists of a technological environment distributed in different operational areas that house more than 60 operators. The OCC (Operations Control Command) room is the main space where command and control functions are carried out through an arrangement of personnel, equipment, communications and procedures used by the supervisor to plan, direct and coordinate operations.
In addition to the OCC, the control center has other adjoining rooms such as the Crisis Room, a Security Control Center or a Monitoring Room.
This ambitious reference project in Qatar has been successfully completed on stringent timelines with No compromise on quality.
Contributing to the Qatar National Vision 2030, the company is modernizing its control centers, electrifying the bus fleet, providing new charging infrastructure and bus depots and bus stations are being commissioned. After 2022 will stand as a legacy for a silent and emission-free bus and cab network.
All the workstations are made up of consoles from the LAN range because it is a product that achieves maximum effectiveness and balance in terms of cost-performance ratio. It is a highly robust and reliable product, which provides solutions to organize simple and highly flexible 24x7 operating environments.
LAN console's main feature is the high modularity of the range, which allows the creation of a multitude of configurations to adapt the operator's workstation in a creative and cutting-edge design space.
