Centralized Control Center (CCC) for AVANZA, one of the largest public transport operators in Spain.

Inauguration of the new Centralized Control Center (CCC) in the AVANZA depot, a key tool in the process of electrification of Zaragoza's urban bus fleet, which began just over three years ago.

The inauguration of this control center completes the first phase of this plan, which has included not only the acquisition of 68 100% electric buses, but also the construction and installation of the corresponding recharging points, using the most advanced technology, and a specific electrical line that provides the necessary power so that the buses can be charged at the required rate.

A STATE-OF-THE-ART CONTROL STATION

The Centralized Control Station (CCC) installed at Avanza Zaragoza (Spain) is a SCADA system that works as a real-time information agglutinator of the electric bus recharging systems of the urban public transport service by bus. In other words, it is a key tool for monitoring and controlling the operation of remote installations through the collection, transmission and analysis of data in real time.

Thus, the Operations staff, in addition to the current fleet management tasks, can know in real time the state of charge of the electric buses and have visibility of the emergencies linked to this system. At the same time, maintenance personnel monitor the charging infrastructure in an integrated manner, and can act directly on them.
