Etisalat (Emirates Telecommunications Group Company) is one of the largest telecommunications companies in the Middle East, Africa and Asia. It is headquartered in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and offers mobile telephony services, internet, digital television and business solutions.

The Emirati multinational relies on Roomdimensions' experience and expertise for this new control centre, which will create 36 workstations for operators responsible for monitoring, managing and ensuring the correct operation of the company's network and services. 

For the project development, RDI has focused on the ergonomics of the operators, as they play an essential role in guaranteeing the stability and security of telecommunications services for millions of users.

The scope of the project includes control consoles for operators and supervisors, auxiliary technical furniture, ergonomic CXO chairs and monitor supports.

Lite EVO, the console model selected for the project, has a highly versatile design that adapts perfectly to any continuous operations environment. It can be the lightest console or become the one with the largest capacity by simply combining compartments.
