From the Overview view of the 4YC platform, each workstation icon provides an accurate, real-time visual representation of the operating environment. Key features include:

Occupancy identification: visualize at all times which workstations are active and which operator is using them.

Colour-coded operational status: Each workstation is represented by a colour code that reflects its current status (active, inactive, alert).

Visual alerts: requests for assistance from operators are highlighted by a flashing light associated with the corresponding workstation.

Extended contextual information: access additional data such as incoming calls or ongoing tasks thanks to 4YC's third party integration module, which allows you to connect external systems and display relevant information directly on the workstation.
